Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Company holiday break on Christmas week and New Years week

$35-$38 per hour

Detail-oriented planner to generate build plans, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet customer demands. In this role, you will coordinate new customer orders to ensure we achieve desired shipment dates while collaborating with production control, shipping, purchasing, customer service, and quality teams. You will own helping to resolve any issues that occur which prevent on time shipments of customer orders and or updating customers to changes in expected shipment dates.

Job Functions

Qualifications

Previous experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management

Strong understanding of Planning for a manufacturing environment

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources simultaneously

Proficiency in Excel and standard procurement software tool

Background Check and Drug Screen

High School Diploma or GED
